Delivery & Packaging
1. How is my order packaged?
Discretion is our top priority. All orders are shipped in neutral, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of "Lavesse Wellness" or the contents of the package anywhere on the box. Even the sender on the shipping label is discreet, so no one knows what you have ordered.
2. What is the delivery time?
Orders placed on working days before 10 PM are usually delivered the next day (within the Netherlands and Belgium).
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code that allows you to follow the shipment live.
Returns & Warranty
4. Can I return a product?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened items (where the seal has been broken). Unopened products with an intact seal can be returned within 14 days. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full terms and conditions.
5. What if my product is defective?
We'll take care of it, of course! If your product is defective upon receipt or breaks down within the warranty period (with normal use), please send a photo or video to hello@lavesse.nl. Upon approval, we will send you a free return label for a replacement.
Payment & Ordering
6. Which payment methods do you accept?
We offer a secure payment environment via Mollie. You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, and credit card, among others.
7. What will appear on my bank statement?
We also keep your bank statement discreet. The charge will appear under a neutral name via our payment provider Mollie, without any mention of "Lavesse" or erotic products.
