Return Policy

At Lavesse Wellness, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal under certain conditions.

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without providing any reason, and to register your return. After this notification, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

2. Exception: Hygiene Products (Important!) Please note: Lavesse Wellness sells intimate wellness products. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, these products fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p BW). We do not accept returns of products where the original seal or packaging has been broken or opened after delivery. Once the seal is broken, the sale is final, and the product can no longer be returned or exchanged.

3. Conditions for a Valid Return

• The product is in its original, unopened packaging, and the seal is intact.

• The product is unused and undamaged.

• You have included the order number and proof of purchase.

4. How do I register a return? Send an email to hello@lavesse.nl containing your name, order number, and the reason for the return (optional). We will then send you the return instructions and the return address.

5. Return Costs The costs for the return shipment from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. Please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. We strongly recommend always shipping returns with Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refund If we have received and approved your return shipment in good order (and unopened), we will refund the full order amount (including any initial shipping costs) within 14 days to the bank account or credit card used for the original payment.
