Shipping policy

1. Shipping Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic deliveries within the Netherlands usually take 1-3 business days. During busy periods, this may take longer.

2. Shipping Partner We ship all packages via PostNL. A track & trace code will be sent by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Address Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the order amount and the shipping location. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount.

5. Damaged Shipments Do you notice a damaged packaging upon receipt? Refuse the shipment and ask the delivery driver to fill out a damage form. Please contact us immediately afterwards.
